Friends of Blenheim exists to enrich students’ educational experience by raising money and contributing to the development and enhancement of the school. Parents/Carers automatically become members of Friends of Blenheim and we hope you will get involved in fundraising and become an active member of our group and school community.
We recognise that parents of secondary school age children often breathe a huge sigh of relief to have left behind the monthly cake sales and sponsored events of primary school. Many of you may also take this opportunity to return to work or take on additional commitments. Whatever your circumstances, we hope that Friends of Blenheim can offer you the opportunity to get involved in easy and fun activities to support your child’s journey through Blenheim.
There is something in our fundraising bundle for everyone, from simply buying a raffle ticket or a number in the 200 club, to shopping online or purchasing school branded merchandise, all of which are detailed below.
If you would like to take a more active role in our Friends of Blenheim group or have ideas on how we can improve our fundraising activities we would be delighted to hear from you. Each year group has at least one parent representative and volunteers are always welcome to help organise events, suggest new ideas and provide feedback.
However you choose to get involved, Friends of Blenheim welcomes you to the school and we hope to meet you at an event soon.
